01 / SOURCE TO SCENE

A layout becomes
a place.

Map Editor reads every position and rotation as authored. Scroll to bring 188 props, vehicles and details into one editable scene.

02 / BUILD THE SPACE

Start with
structure.

Walls, glass and doors establish the footprint first. World and local gizmos keep every adjustment precise without leaving FiveM.

03 / DRESS THE SCENE

Shape how the
space feels.

Tables, seating, barriers and vehicles settle into the layout. Duplicate, snap and refine while the whole composition stays visible.

04 / ADD THE DETAIL

Keep every
small decision.

Props retain their real geometry and textures. Add lights, effects, markers and ropes, then preview the finished space on foot.

05 / SAVE AND SHARE

One scene, ready
for any server.

Save revisions, collaborate with your team, and publish the result for other Map Editor users to install in one step.

SCROLL

What it does

Everything a scene needs, placed by hand.

Place anything

Props, vehicles and peds from a searchable catalogue with pictures. Peds take animations and ragdoll; props take motion.

Lights, effects, markers

Point lights, particle effects, markers and blips are objects like any other: picked, moved and saved with the scene.

Ropes with physics

Tie a rope between two props, a ped and a chair, or a point in the air. Physical ropes swing; decorative ones stay put.

A real gizmo

Move, rotate and scale in world or local space, with grid and angle snapping, a corner magnet, and shift-drag to duplicate.

Preview on foot

Drop out of the camera and walk the scene as a player would, drive the cars you placed, then go straight back to editing.

Edit together

Open a room, invite a colleague, and dress the same scene at the same time. Everybody sees everybody's cursor.

What you get

One resource. Everything the build needs.

The editor installs like any other resource and brings its own catalogue, its own preview mode and its own publishing pipeline. Nothing else to buy, nothing else to wire up.

Publishing

From your server to every server.

  1. 1

    Build it

Make the scene on your own server. Autosave, revisions and undo keep the work safe while you do.

  2. 2

    Send it to F4 Studio

One button in the editor. The scene goes up with a name, a description and the picture you took of it.

  3. 3

    Reviewed, then published

F4 Studio looks at every scene. Once approved it appears here under your name, and any server can download it into their own editor.

Before you buy

The questions we actually get.

What is the F4 Studio Map Editor?

It is a map editor that runs inside FiveM itself. You place props, vehicles, peds, lights, particle effects, markers, blips and ropes with a real translate, rotate and scale gizmo, walk the result on foot, and export the scene as a file any other server can load.

Do I need a specific framework?

No. The editor is framework-agnostic: it runs next to ESX, QBCore, Qbox or a standalone server without changes. It needs a FiveM server with OneSync enabled and a MySQL or MariaDB database through oxmysql.

Can several people edit the same scene?

Yes. Open a room, invite the people you work with, and everybody dresses the same scene at the same time with live cursors. Revisions and undo are shared, so nothing is lost when two people work on the same corner.

How do scenes get published here?

One button in the editor sends the scene to F4 Studio with its name, description and the picture you took of it. Every submission is reviewed by hand. Once it is approved it appears in the catalogue under your name and any server can download it.

How do I load a scene somebody else published?

Download the .f4scene file from its page, open the Map Editor on your server, go to Export then Import, and drop the file in. Every prop, light and rope lands exactly where its creator put it.

Is there a preview of the editor before buying?

Yes. The preview video walks through placing objects, the gizmo, on-foot preview and publishing. The scene catalogue on this site is also built entirely with the editor, so every page is an example of what it produces.
